Unusual Opportunity

Hi,

This is not a normal opportunity..

I've been online and writing poetry for other people for 11 years. My site

Anniversary gift. Wedding gift. Birthday gift. A Gift of Poetry, the heartfelt gift for any occasion

has been consistently popular over the years. I also know from experience that I can get as many $0.05 clicks, from the US and UK (my main customer base) for such terms as anniversary poems, wedding poems, birthday poems etc etc. I estimate there could be easily 20,000 clicks per day available.

My problem is that I just can't get those terms to convert with my traditional landing page. I am looking to joint venture with someone and I'm open to suggestions. Probably needs a decent landing page and some sort of cheaper offer than my bespoke packages. Happy to explore creating e-books etc. but like I say, I'm open to offers and suggestions.

Allen, I love your product..the gift of poetry is wonderful indeed! (I write poetry too)
but your site needs a serious re-design.

Your home page has to clearly outline your service, your site needs to be easier to navigate, in short it just needs some more polish...

so I don't really think you need to joint venture, I think you just need to re-design your site...

Allen, I'm confused about what you're asking for.

How much traffic to do you get?
And what is it that you're looking for in a JV?

Hi,

I am open to ALL suggestions. Really. To be honest, I would even be happy to write the poems on a sub-contract basis and let someone else take over the running of the site, including design, marketing etc. I'm also open to selling an equity share. I'm a good poet (some say great) but I think I am too close to make objective decisions about the marketing of the site. Like I said, I know there are 20,000 people every day, looking for what I have, it is just about giving them the right range of offers for the right price.

I think it is just about creating that range and then redesigning the site to correctly market that range. I'm also an Adwords expert so I know how to get the best out of the opportunity...
