Without knowing what's on your list's mind, you're just guessing. Here's a better way:

If I were you, I'd send an email to that list, saying this -

"Thank you for signing up. As you know immigrating to a new country has both challenges and rewards. I'd like to know how I can best help you in your adventure.

What is the SINGLE biggest problem you've found immigrating?"

That's the key question. You don't want a list of problems (even though some people will send a list anyway), you want one or two problems to emerge as the top problems. Once you have the top problems you will be able to find a product or service, or PM me to help you find a product or service.

What are the people on the list looking for? This is important! Is is making money? or something else? What information have these people signed up to receive?

If you just throw offers at them - which are not relevant - they will just unsubscribe and your list will go from 3000 to zero...

Given you are looking at a multi language product, none tops streaming TV since everyone in the world watches TV, and if you have immigrant list, I am sure they would want easy access to their homeland and since every language and show is accessed easily via this new technology, nothing comes close to potential for your list.

When it comes to lists, you have to target your prospect according to their interests is what I have found over the years. If you have a general list, the chances of converting for a specific product or service goes down significantly.

Of course if your audience is everyone in the world which already is accessing the product or service you are promoting, but you are providing a better product or service for far less money than they are now paying, then you have a winner given everyone is a prospect. This is the only time a general interest list will turn huge profits is if you have something everyone is interested in, saving money.
