Huge opportunity for wp, squeeze page designer

We have a huge opportunity for one person to partner with myself and my business partner Brandon Patrick on an upcoming project that is about 60% complete. This project involves the launch of a tool that is unlike anything you have ever seen out in the market and encompasses all business/local niches as well as consumer niches and just pure entertainment. I know it sounds like it is a horrible idea but in this case, almost everyone with an Internet connection is our audience. Sounds crazy, but you will know why when you see what this is.
Myself, Brian Rodgers and my business partner Brandon Patrick have a long and great reputation of developing some of the most used tools and systems in the real estate niche and have made millions of dollars selling tools and services to real estate agents over the past 15 years. One tool we introduced to the real estate industry is now used by over 60% of all Realtors in the country, another did 475K in sales in 3 days.
Now, we have stumbled upon something much, much bigger and we need a designer partner to jump in the game with us for this launch.
We have been working with designers on an outsource basis for many years but need someone dedicated to this incredible project.
Your part of this wil be designing all graphics, templates, websites, etc. needed for the sale of this, as well as for the internal user use of the system.
Among needed items will be: wp themes, wp templates, lead capture pages, buttons, arrows, order button, facebook fan pages, Twitter backgrounds, all sorts of affiliate graphics, mini sites, opt in boxes, etc etc.
This person must be willing to commit to this full time and go without pay until launch at which time you will share int he profits and/or profit from your design work, etc.
We already run a business that does over 200K in sales per month and we are looking for this to be much bigger than that and are looking for a hungry, aggressive designer that understands Internet marketing.
Age, race, religion, etc. is not important, working long hours and committing to this project is absolutely essential and a must.
