General E-commerce Website in prelaunch, need JV, great money to be made

So I just recently closed a big number of projects I was working on and started a general e-commerce website. The website is still in prelaunch and has a very ugly script that will get a big improvement in the next few days/weeks, but what I need now is this:

* If you are a known designer/coder I could use some advice, maybe a little help.

What I offer ? well it`s very simple:
* Anyone who helps will have their products listed for free and featured for free too. (The website is currently free for new listings but it will acquire some minor fees in the future).
* As soon as money start to roll in, we all together will find a way to split the profits (Everyone will get the % of amount equal to the help they brought.)
* I will continue to advertise, rank and make the website known for a long time, so your listed products will find traffic long after you`ve helped me.
* As the list of users of the website gets bigger, I will take care of the list to prevent spamming it, but I will send soloads to the list for free for you.
* The script has a banner advertising program, you will have free credits, and lots of them, to advertise any products that are legal and don`t have anything to do with pron/gambling and any part of this obscure area
