Seeking Ad Swap Partners - Small List Needs Help

Hello.

I am looking for some ad swap partners for those who are willing to work with a small list.

I have 2 lists: 1 has 150 subscribers and the audience is traffic seekers/webmasters,
and the other has 300 and the audience on that one is home business opportunity seekers.

I am more looking to build the list of traffic seekers/webmasters. They are more responsive so far but I have not worked very much with these lists at all. The last time I sent a broadcast to it, I got a 6.5% response to the traffic seekers. Got half that to the other.

    Hi. I have a really small list, 45 in the IM niche, another 350 in the personal development (specifically, goal setting and time management) niche.

    I'd be willing to do an ad swap if the offer was right for my list. I'd want to know a bit about the ad and I'd have to approve the ad copy (I'd expect that you'd want the same from me).
