Help Sell "SEO How-to BluePrint": Realistically Save 75% on Agency Prices

I'm interested in finding someone who can sell an SEO guide. It isn't particularly long, and gives a simple, comprehensive, step-by-step blueprint for SEO-ing pretty much any site.
I used it on my own first site which holds:
- Top 5 for a very competitive keyphrase with 95,000,000 results in Google and 200,000+ uniques/month.
Recently I started getting SEO clients, I used the same process and so far have
- Top 10 for a 14,000,000 result keyphrase
- Top 20 for a 7,870,000 result keyphrase.
Please understand these are truly competitive keyphrases, top 10 in each one of them is enough to power a small company.
Sure I want to make money, but at the same time I've done freelance work for agencies for household name brands, and the markup SEO agencies typically charge compared to results really is astonishing. 95% of the time I'd say SEO clients receive a fundamentally bad deal - many SEO packages are highly priced, often 70-80% of your payment goes straight to company expenses rather than actual SEO, and work is often just bundled offshore. Low-quality links and top 10 results for low-traffic, non-competitive keyphrases have become equivalent with the SEO business itself, and real results are so rare.
The thing is I know that in reality much SEO work is very straightforward, it just requires a bit of legwork and knowledge to get going with.
The guide tells in plain English how I get these results, shows you what to do, what order to do it in, and who to work with so you can outsource the time-consumiing tasks while skipping agency expenses. I'm also very happy to provide personal email guidance to ebook owners for say a few months, so if they want to get going I can answer all their questions personally. Such "consultations" alone would cost more per hour than the book, it's a good deal for buyers really. The ebook isn't finished yet and I don't have a site up, but if I can find some people with a genuinely good shot at generating sales, I'll get it done. I'd like ideally to be able to get a few hundred sales, more would be nice of course.
I'd estimate that for 4 months of an SEO package costing $750-$1800/month, if you just do what I propose you can get similar results yourself for around $150-$250/month. This isn't a tagline to get attention for the next downloadable product, it's based on real experience.
