I am not a IM. I don't want to be one, but I need one for my big ticket products. Spending the last few months reading,studying and buying IM information, I realized I'd be better off to match my talent and product with the IM talent here, rather than reinvent the wheel. I am a leader in my profession of real estate. I am only interested in honest, ethical, person interested in JV, or consultant relationship with me. Contact me for more details.

      Thank-you, John. It's a challenge just keeping up with software, trends, technology, and new rules and laws! I think there's good talent here; so I'll contribute my experience, sphere, databases, talents, products, and other new programs/products realted to real estate and, hopefully, the right IM can contribute their IM expertise to help us implement a more advanced IM strategy to best serve my clients; and be a win-win for all. Traditional real estate sites and methods seem to be falling behind as IM professionals are cutting ahead. I can identify the hole(s), and can tell you the IM are there, but not being engrained in the real estate profession, they have not recognized it, and vise-versa.
      I would be interested in what you have to offer as well. Smartphones, apps, and social media are, obviously, a big part of staying successful, too.
