As you know, more than 90% of people try to make money online with IM or some other business opportunity quit after a short while because they hardly make any money. They come in with unrealistic expectations and start to look for a quick way to make money. They don't realize that building a profitable business, online or offline, takes time, effort, resources and dedication - a lot of hard work at the beginning.

But to start making money online, you don't have to have a full blown business online. Rather than giving them the standard lecture to get real and treat their online activity as a business & offering some course in IM, list building, SEO, Blogging etc., which they are very unlikely to follow through anyway, it is better to offer them a system to find what they came looking for in the first place - to make some money online quickly with minimal effort. Hi TheRealDudeman

Thanks for your interest. As you know the newbies and quitters quit because they started their make money online journey, on the false promises, faked earnings screen shots, ultra marketing hype of so called IM gurus, thinking that they can start earning money right after they buy the report, e-book, magic push button software. That never happens and they lose heart and quit.

You can offer two possible solutions to the newbies and quitters:

1. Give them the pep-talk they usually get from to get real and to start learning some skills like IM, SEO, PPC, Blogging and use those newly learned skills to make money. This is appealing to their logic. It makes sense but there are two major drawbacks to this approach. It takes time to learn & master a new skill and you need another skill to make money from your newly acquired skill - marketing.

2. The newbies and quitters have tried something, with great expectation, to make some money and failed are about to quit. You can step in and offer a solution to make money immediately without any special skill or marketing it. It is appealing to their emotions. Which one will they take? This will give them hope and encourage them to stay a little longer and give them time and peace of mind to learn some new skill and some marketing, now that they have started to make some money online.

This is what my system does. Nothing fancy or false promises or hype.

I am new to all this, but very interested. I have been flirting with the IM business, purchasing Google Sniper a while back and just recently "Work From NO Home" system, but as you said it does get discouraging and I seem to quit because of the money that needs to be put in after you purchase the programs. I started this thread to help newbies and people who tried IM and did not make any money and is about give up. They could not make any money because the did not have the skill set to make money online.To give them a psychological boost by showing them how they can complete small manual tasks to make some money. Tasks that anyone without any special skill can do. So they can get engrouaged and stay and learn the required skills to advance to higher level and make real money and become full time IMers, rather than call it all a scam and quit.

We work as a team, so that helps too. I give them some additional incentive for working with me as a team. Im the process they get to learn some IM skills that will help them move to the next level.
