[WANTED] JV BROKER / Affiliate recruiter. [Long term prospects]

Hi there,

My name is Bertus Engelbrecht and I am an experienced internet marketer and product creator that has been around for a few years.

I am looking for an experienced JV Broker or Affiliate Manager to join me to take my business to the next level. The successful candidate would be hired on a trial basis for my first launch and would be employed full time after that, if we get desired results.

I normally launch products once a month. They are mostly WSOs in the IM niches, have awesome build-in Sales funnels that pays out well to affiliates and are all of great quality so they convert very well. (8%-12% conversion average for frontend product)

Examples of my previous launches: Facebook For Business PLR, Expert SEO & Backlinking PLR, Killer Cash Tactics.

I normally make about 200 to 350 sales per launch, but need to double or tripple that, so decided to take a JV Broker on-board.

The task of getting Affiliates on-board shouldn't be too difficult for experienced people with a good, personal contact list of some big Internet Marketers. I would need someone who are on talking (friends) basis with some bigger marketers who can send some quality traffic through their lists.

I also offer JV Prizes, so this should make it even easier to recruite affiliates. (I am always open to reciprocate with my list of 8000 IM subscribers, so deals can also be brokered.)

YOUR TASKS:

1. Finding affiliates (JV Partners) with big IM subscriber lists that would be well suited for my offers, and getting them to commit to mail out, promoting my offers, for my product launches. These products would mostly be WSOs.

2. Staying in contact with existing JV Partners, supplying them with swipes (that I write), help, and keeping them updated with my upcoming launches.

3. Keeping me updated with progress on attracting new affiliates and letting me know which affiliates are on-board, supporting my launch.

4. Further tasks can be discussed and negotiated, but nr.1 is the most important one.


AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE WOULD NEED TO BE:

1. Someone with years worth of experience in internet marketing.

2. Someone with experience in WSOs and Product creation.

3. Someone with good people, communication and English skills.

4. Someone that is experienced in getting affiliates to commit to launches.

5. Someone with a personal contact list of some big internet marketers who also launches WSOs. (SKYPE, EMAIL ETC.) (Affiliates with lists.)

6. Someone is already partners or friends with some big IM guys.

7. Someone with a big IM subscriber list of his own.

8. Someone who has been a JV broker or affiliate manager in the past and has references.


Basically if you can guarantee that you can get enough big affiliates on board to send some substantial targeted traffic through sending out to their Subscriber and buyer lists, you would be a great candidate to join my team.

TERMS AND PAYMENT:

This can be negotiated according to experience, references and such, but
your biggest payment would come in the form of commissions that I pay you for every front-end sale that your recruited affiliates generate. This can be negotiated for each specific product launch, but could normally be anything from 20% to 30% per front-end sale.

THE MATH==> If you generate a realistic 500 sales and get 30% commisions on a $16 front end product of mine, you are looking at $2,400 for a launch. Just getting a few big affiliates on board can mean that you can easily do double that. I also would be willing to pay big BONUSES for targets met.
Obviously you will get your base salary as well and as a long term worker, after your first successful launch we can negotiate for much better terms. It will all be performance driven, so there is no limit as to how much money you can earn working for me.
