Looking for interest in JV marketing our product to women

My partner and I are newbies to internet marketing but we have built a website, facebook page and youtube channel with over 60 videos and we also have produced a tutorial/info DVD product...we dont know how to go about selling the DVD (or even really the best options for monetizing our website) and the "advice" we have gotten so far has yielded no results. so, I am reaching out here to see if anyone is experienced in selling stuff like this to women as well as interested in making this work...here's what we have

    Hey there, i am quite experianced in creating niche sites with content that pre-sells products. Each site i build will rank anywhere from position 1-10 on google (I dont really care about other search engines) in a very small amount of time. The site will rank for 3 keywords at the max (so that rankings can be attained faster). I am currently planning of building a site in the beauty niche that particularly targets female visitors. Each of my site can expect 2.5k-5k organic visitors a month (this increases with the age of the website). My problem is that i will need a small amount of money for backlinks or someone who can build backlinks. Ofcourse i can build them myself but i don't have the time for it. So maybe we could work this out. PM if interested. Here are 2 of my sites already ranking well:
