Your Responsibility will be to physically make the software.
As For me I will do the marketing and lead generation.
The Split is 50/50 after expenses.
Everything Else I pretty much got covered. Just Need One Hell of Coder thats pretty awesome laid-back and motivated to work.
Also Not looking for a wam bam thank you maam kind of a transaction but someone I can work long term with.
