I got a 200k list in the Financial/Bizopps niche - open to offers

Hey guys,
I got a list of 200k people in the financial/bizopps niche. Each lead complete with
-Email
-Name
-Address
-City
-State
-Zip code
-Phone number
-IP address
-Website
-Date
-Time

Leads are all from the USA, and were collected over a wide variety of websites.
I am looking to either sell the list or JV with someone here. I am open to different ideas.

    So why would someone want to sell a list of 200k in the bizopp niche ?

    Probably because it's a non-responsive list and most likely no autoresponder service will allow you to import a list like that. I've heard of this kind of "deal" many times and many of those who bought lists like this are now marked as spammers in MANY databases... Using a list like this you'll have to find a way to send out to it (from your hosting server) and you'll risk losing your hosting account.

    No offense, but this is a big risk.

    Have you bought this list from some fiverr gig or elsewhere ?
