Need to Find the Best Marketer Here to Help With Physical Launch

I am launching a physical product here in the US in 2 months time. It is a piece of workout equipment that is completely unique and there is nothing like it on the market. I am putting together a site for it and creating an affiliate network for it. It is a expensive item, 3k, but here is my problem.
I work a fulltime job elsewhere and need to hook up with someone who can help coordinate with me on things. Lot going on and love it, but need to find someone with a straightline approach.
The affiliate commission will be 10% or $300.
Here is the prototype machine in action and being discussed by an expert in the UK.
Now, this is only the prototype, the finished model is more structural and of course polished with a screen for counting, heart monitor, calorie counter, etc.
