Partner/Investor Wanted for Established Websites
I'm in search of a partner that's interested in buying established websites that are already producing a stable income, and optimizing them for higher returns. I have a great eye for spotting the winners and quite a bit of web development, graphic design, and SEO experience. Funds are the only thing holding me back at this point.
Commission split would be dependent on your level of involvement with the projects, but I'll definitely be more than fair since this will be a huge obstacle out of the way for me. I'd be willing to hand over up to 80% of the profit until the full initial investment was returned. All the while, working on and improving the site(s). I predict breakeven would most likely take between 3 to 6 months (almost certainly within a year), and would be followed by several (possibly permanent) years of passive income.
Furthermore, I'm looking for investments in the range of $x,xxx+. I don't mind starting small in order to prove myself, however anything under a grand is treading on less stable territory and probably wouldn't be worthwhile to pursue. The money can even stay in your hands throughout the process if you're comfortable making the purchases.
