Looking to partner with someone who needs heavy duty hosting

I have access to a large quantity of capable server hardware, the technical knowledge and resources to deploy it, and I am looking to partner/joint venture with someone who has an app they need hosted. I can provide a setup that would require thousands in capital outlay otherwise.

If you know of a SaaS (software as a service...think Kajabi), or web app owner who needs high-caliber hosting, I can provide it. I can cluster up to 40 machines (with Multi-core CPUs and 4-8GB of memory) in order to handle just about anything you can throw at it. Big storage is available too if needed. I'll handle all the technical stuff...you just have your product (or access to one) and promote it.

Also, you don't have to own the software. If you just know of an Open Source web app that you think you could sell as a hosted service, let me know! Only requirement is that it must run on Linux. If are thinking of one but don't know, ask me...I'll be happy to find out if it's doable.
