Where, when and how was your product featured on CNN, NBC and C/Net? Is this a claim you can back up? I have been avoiding products that make false claims since the government is starting to crack down on affiliates for that.

Also, do you have the rights to use the As Seen On TV logo and are those rights available to your affiliates?

Hi Dan, great! In fact, some of my affiliates are using blogs such as blogger and Wordpress blogs to promote my product using article marketing via EzineArticles and Squidoo lens.

There are tons of keywords that are untapped and easy to rank. One of my top affiliates is making several sales per day just from the 5 articles he wrote.

Basically, the logos are used in conjunction/association with the technologies that are featured in CNN, NBC and C/Net and are not product-specific. These technologies and methods are written and disclosed in the product itself.

As an affiliate, if you are using the logo, you may have to specify that the logo illustrates that the product is making use of technologies "As Seen On TV". This is because you are not the product owner and your content does not make direct reference to the technologies featured.

Thanks, that clarifies a bunch. However, the "As Seen On TV" logo is actually the logo of the As Seen On TV network...are you saying they have referenced the technology discussed in your product as well? You seemed to have indicated it was used to show that this technology was seen on tv, but I just want to be clear on the distinction because the ASOT network is a whole different affiliate niche.

Hi, there is no charge back for the product. So far, conversions are below 1:30 - 40 on average for general traffic, ie PPC placements, banner advertising. Testings on conversions using review sites have shown as high as 1:10 - 20.

If you are good at marketing with articles and Squidoo lens, you will make a killing! There are many untapped keywords. If you need help, just pm me for support.
