You seem to be an Indian, if you can get an eBay.com or .co.uk account its fine, or even if you use eBay India you must pay us before we send over your product, as eBay India uses PaisaPay which stresses are cash reserves, if your really interested I can tell you how you can get an Ebay.com account, do get in touch with me as soon as possible.

  Well seeing the surprisingly high response we've got for this JV, we've limited it to 10 per day at the moment, so that we don't face any type of supply side problems, but we will be increasing it in the next couple of days.

I've sent you a PM with more information regarding this, and yes many sellers have already expressed their concern regarding this, but I'm sure it won't be saturated, as we have 4 different markets (US, UK, CA and AU) and we have about 9 hot selling products, now we've filled up all spots for our first one, so you have plenty of opportunity here.

After a few more days, we will surely close this offer, but that will be after we get a few consistent sellers.

I think legally would be no problem, you have an item to sell, you list it and sell it.

However, changing YOUR paypal account details to the offerer of this JV's paypal in YOUR eBay account could obviously be problematic, and if who you are dealing with is not above board, you could risk loosing any rep you have with the ebay community and possible legal problems ..? Any further comments from the offerer or from others would be appreciated.

heres a thought ,, ill put my paypal adress in the listing, then i will pay you..
then you deliver the product to my customer.

2.digitally delivered products on Ebay sends red flags everywhere and most likely they will pull the auction.

Yea , I gave this clown 2 chances.He will promise you the world and FAIL to deliver.although 3 sales were made, via a 3rd party in London One customer had a return issue and wanted a refund , So Vishal blew me off.

My advice Dont get involved with him.I dont care how many people come on here and say hes a great guy. its BS.Take it from an Ebay powerseller who has been around.
