Giving away Banner Creator software to new subscribers

I have spoken with a few of you who are looking for affiliates. I have plugged a few of you into my sequence. Blasted a couple. But what I am looking for is an ad swap.

Right Now I have a growing list over 50k. IM, business opp. I want to plug your sales letter into my sequence in exchange you do the same. so everytime someone subscribes they will receive your ad forever...vice versa.

Where your ad is depends on what you're offering since my emails are grouped in courses.

Also, i am looking for jv's that are giving something away. Right Now I'm giving away a banner creation software.

it's a software that you can use to create your own clickable banners.
