WSO JV Wanted

Ok looking for someone that has an unpublished WSO I can sell on a 50/50 basis.
You will have access to sales figures but not sure how I can fairly distribute the money. Has anyone done this before?
Obviously the WSO needs to be quality, I have the knowledge to sell your product, get reviews, etc.
We would need to "bump it" between us. I can get a sales page made if you don't have one.
We would raise the price every ten copies sold.
Any input/feedback welcome.
