It is an online elearning portal with access to 95 business, sales and professional development courses. The courses are written by specialist course engineers.
Target market is all those individuals, micro and small business owners who NEED this type of training to grow their business, but who generally can't afford it. Also career development niche

You'll markedly improve the quality of responses you get if you outline how much you're looking to invest.

I have a product very near launch, patent pending and because of detail involved will give us a two year no competition window. Someone will go around Patent when dollars are sufficient and it makes sense to duplicate.

Unbelievable upsells and affiliate deals already in place. projections 1 to 3 mill net monthly. Still intense 60 days of work, some cash needed but not real issue(50k) Really need CEO/CFO to make sure the wheels do not come off on launch.
