Looking to partner up with a great designer to help with my theme business

I develop & design Wordpress themes and have many other ventures online but have become overwhelmed with trying to wear all hats. I'm looking for a partner who would be interested in creating cutting edge designs that could be turned into Wordpress themes by me or another developer.

I'm interested in either partnering up for the long term or just working on a theme to theme basis. I'd be glad to work with someone who could provide a steady stream of high quality unique theme designs.
