looking for a JV to be partnered with Web Hosting Company

I am member of wordpress, Niche specific hosting company. There are 3 people works now - 1 tech, 1 support and 1 developer, we would like to partner with someone who can send us web hosting related traffic. we can discuss profit sharing terms. all you have to do, bring decent traffic, we will take care of the rest, such as daily backups, account creations, maintenance and tech support.. etc and buying / adding new servers.

let me know if anyone like the Idea, (minimum 50/50 profit sharing) lets me know your terms
