Programmer Looking For JV - Do You Have A Great Idea? ASP.NET C# VB.NET

Do you have an idea for a desktop or online application but don't have the funds to get it off the ground? My programmer is currently looking for work and I suggested he do a JV with a warrior.

He is proficient in asp.net c# vb.net

If you have the idea and the marketing skills then I have the programmer to get something going. Ideally you will have a track record in product launches and are willing to do the affiliate recruiting etc.

I suggested we do a 45% split for you and 45% for the programmer with me taking 10% for setting it up, I can also help out with any graphics or website side of things if needed. Percentages are negotiable depending on what you have to offer and how much work I put into it etc.

    Andy, as i understand this is a joint venture, there are things i must do (affiliate recruitment, sales copy etc) and in return then your programmer will create the software?
    There isnt a fee for him beyond that shared 45%...am i correct?
