I Make Quality Niche Sites With Training Videos, Looking For JV Partners

I build Authority Niche sites (pre-made/custom) and im looking for some JV partners that can email my offer to their lists. Any list would work. Say for example in your in the weight loss niche then you could send them a email about starting there own weght loss site with one of my pre-made sites, same goes for any niche.
