Looking to JV with Whale IMers for a Brilliant WP Plugin

I am developing a Wordpress plugin that will make some noise. It will be completed in a couple weeks. I have the big ideas though I don't have the list or the gravitas like some of you do. I am open to JV this bad boy. My potential partner should have a demonstrable track record successfully selling WSOs, some street cred on Warrior Forum, and a killer email list or blog.
