We are looking for a few savvy investors who would be interested in making money in the wonderful world of the buying and selling of virtual real estate (online businesses).

In the past year along we have sold hundreds of freshly built websites on Flippa to the tune of $50,000 alone. We have an established account with them with a great feedback rating score, not to mention, hundreds of flippa members watching our auctions every single time they go up. Over 95% of all of the websites that we have tried to sell on this auction site has sold at a profit. A very few on the second time, but mostly all on the first time.

We've also sold many websites here on warrior forum and digital point for thousands of more dollars, but we are looking to take this venture to the next level.

As you can see that we have been nothing but sellers of websites that we have built from scratch. It's time to get into buying now and this is where we need partners. After witnessing all of our success with flipping fairly new websites and the prices that we get for them, website owners of small to medium sized profitable online businesses are starting to approach us to help them sell their websites. We can do one of two things: 1. Find a buyer for them and earn a 10% cut or 2. Buy the website from them at a good price and flip it for 30% - 1000%. We really like option 2.

So, as we start receiving requests from website owners who want to sell their online businesses and complete the necessary research and get the best price, we would like to provide the details to our investors on any particular website for a 50/50, 50/25/25, etc depending on how many investor we let in on a deal. Most of these websites are small to medium sized for now, but that could change as word of mouth spreads fast. So, we are probably looking at anywhere from $500 to $10,000 investments per website. We only play to buy websites that are already making money each month, so that we can earn some kind of income while holding to flip the website. The time frame that we would like to flip each website is anywhere from right away on up to about three months. The only reason that we would wait past a month to flip is if there is potential to earn money on the website that the previous owner didn't do. This will really up the value of the site.
