Hot Topic Forum - Need JV Partner to Build

I am after a JV partner for a Forum I want created. Very hot topic. Newly created forums have received good traffic and increasing responses. Early days but potential for massive lifetime traffic.

Would ideally like to act quick to dominate this area from the beginning.

I have exact match one word keyword with the word forum in domain name (.org)

It is the forum creation including topics and maintaining as far as the technical side of things I would like managed. Would prefer someone with experience in successful forums with examples provided.

Advertising placement down the track is also part of the reponsibility.

I am open to ideas from those with expeirence.

I will work on the seo and drive traffic to the site.

Happy to do a 50% split on profit for the life of the forum.

Have many other ideas for software, websites and forums if you are looking for a long term jv partner. My talents are I love research, seo, copywriting, product creation. Very creative thinker but don't enjoy handling technical issues as much as everything else so happy to leave that to someone who loves that side of things.

I am a positive person so also looking to team up with someone positive and dynamic and who likes to make ideas happen.
