JV Partner Or Investor Wanted

I'm looking for a JV partner or an investor who can invest anywhere from $2000-$3000 in this project. We can split the profits 40%-60% up to $150,000. The investment will be paid $300 per month after 2 months of investing. If profits sore the entire amount invested will be paid sooner. Once the amount invested is paid the you will receive 40% of all profits (After all overhead is paid) not gross revenue up to $150,000.
I have a clickbank product that have made 13 sales in the stop sweating niche. I have been actively trying to increase sales but that can't be done without traffic.
I already know what website to advertise on and how to attract more affiliates I need to increase sales to attract affiliates. I can improve on my conversion rate which is right now at 14% with targeted traffic.
This market has 8 million people that struggle with excessive sweating, my buyers are probably 5%-10% of that number that's roughly $300,000 to $800,000 people. There is a stop sweating products that made 15,000 sales.
I need to do media buys to generate more traffic. This kind of market will not work with any kind of traffic - I have plans to create a membership site as well for reoccurring income this could be very lucrative
for the right partner.
I need someone to invest the cash I will invest the knowledge and know how to get traffic and sales.
