I don't trust all this things anymore. Once you give them an idea the next thing you see they do is say its not that ok, and all of a sudden you'll see your idea being implemented and sold all over the internet.

I have learnt my lessons, and I don't think I want to try that anymore. It all appears good in the beginning, but in the end you are ditched and your idea used.

Well, in that case We can surely sign NDA & I am sure you would agree that it is professional move bro, I understand you must have burnt your hands in past but I am honest and trustworthy investor who is damn serious about investing in right talent at this point of time, that is all I can say for now.

As i am not the subject matter expert in your niche, nor i have done anything similar to this in past, i have asked for certain opinions from my friends who have experience handling this kind of project, points are mentioned below for your ready reference.

(1) Website needs to be Professionally Designed in order give mass appeal to the visitors who are coming on the website.
(2) Branding of the website should be catchy, which can make people literally addict & they start coming over & over.
(3) Before any Kind of advertising money is spend on this site you must try to Drive traffic using Organic SEO & SMO activities.

Personally, i would like to request you to work on over all Quality of website & come back with results in order to take this to next level.

In the PM I made it clear what the money would be used for, one of the things was to make the site look more proffesional, add some good sales text and designs and to do some adwords bidding to see if the site works or not.

Doing SEO is a long term thing, with adwords/PPC you can find out if a site model works or not in 1 week, with SEO you have to wait months.

Any ways, when I get the site developed to a standard where its making money, I wont be needing your funds.

So good luck, but PASS.

I sent Mr. Ritesh a msg with my Skype and yesterday and he replied back with a Skype request that same night. We spoke over Skype today and I feel comfortable saying that he seems to be genuinely interested in investing in sound business opportunities.

Like he said "Google" his name. I appreciate the opportunity.
