JV for people in houston area

I am looking for partners to start a JV in teaching people classes on IM. I have connections to get meeting rooms to hold these classes. In these rough times if we can teach people basic internet marketing and different ways to earn money from home we could make good source of income at the same time helping people make some extra cash from home.
