JV partner for my clickbank product

I have a theme that has been a great seller in the WF and just decided to start selling it on clickbank. I am currently looking for a JV partner and have two offers.
First offer a 40/60 agreement with the stipulation that i get the buyers name added to my buyers list.

Second offer is I will be willing to go 30/70 in exchange for assistance in homepage design.
