Email Lists - I want

I'm looking for someone to send out an email to their list on my behalf. I have a reputable marketing company that does all types of marketing on a performance basis meaning per lead, per appt, per sale etc...just like many of you. To much of the corporate world, these service offerings are quite unique (most marketers charge hourly fees, retainers, etc). We generate thousands of leads/day through online marketing.
So why don't we market our services ourselves? Well we do...but our capabilities are mostly b to c, and I need a b to b list to market our services.
Open to all types of arrangements, CPL, CPA, or even a fixed fee to send the email out. If you have a list that produces, I'm happy to pay you what you need, to ensure it beats your the other offers you run.
