Looking for JV partners - Quality product with recurring commissions

Over the past years of first being employed by a development/SEO company and doing the same self-employed, I have noticed that there is a growing trend in companies that are interested in growing their online presence but don't want to spend the kind of money it costs. As a result they either don't bother or just get a friend of a friend to do a sub standard job for them.
As a solution to this I have created a membership site aimed at business owners who would like education on how to do everything in regards to their companies online marketing themselves (or delegate to another member of staff). Everything is covered from making a website using Wordpress, Facebook, Twitter, Content Creation, Email Marketing, Sales funnels, the list goes on. Content is drip fed to them at a predetermined rate so they stay members as long as possible.
The site offers a free membership which gives a taster of the content with the option to become a paid member for $27.49-$37.49 per month, of which you will be paid 40% recurring. Another potentially massive feature of my affiliate program is that runs on 3 tiers. You will receive 40% on first tier subscriptions, 10% on second tier and 5% on third tier.
This means that if you refer 100 paying members to the site and each of those refers 5 and then each of those refer a further 5 you are looking at figures like:
Tier 1: $1100 per month
Tier 2: $1374 per month
Tier 3: $3436.25 per month
Total: $5910.25 per month recurring
The possibilities for these second and third tier commissions is high because as I teach different aspects of IM, I also mention that they can earn affiliate payments by using the techniques I have just taught. And as we know if there's one things business owners cant get enough of its money!
