It's aimed at people fairly new to blogging and making money online. First it shows the mechanics of posting with screen grabs and a bit about tags and categories. The second section is the important one, explaining the principles of "Power Posting".

For all you super-rich internet marketers I guess it's really no big deal.

On the other hand if you're one of the not-so-super-rich-quite-yet it's worth $7 a pop, straight to your Paypal account. There's also an OTO but as that pays 50% on a $3 sale it's not going to take you into the helicopters and yachts bracket - unless you've got the biggest list in the history of IM.
