I have Page Rank 3 Local Site with Many Quality LInks
I bought a domain to a local and big skate shop that went out of business. It is page rank 3 and has many good backlinks.
The brand is very established in the area. I was hoping that someone could help me to create an ecommerce site and we could share a % of profits.
Of course their are many variables left wide open.
