Looking for cross promotion JV partner

I have an opt-in funnel for a free traffic video and 52 page traffic blueprint, which I am promoting with adswaps, solo ads and forum marketing. I will be going very heavy on promoting this funnel over the coming weeks and months.
I am after a partner to work with me on building our lists together, cross promotion on thank you pages, download pages etc. I am quite happy to promote your product as a banner or in my AR sequence, in exchange for a promotion to my opt in page.
