Experienced PHP Programmer Wanted for JV

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to JV with to help
support, and improve a mature 10 year old web based application.
The program is web based CMS (Content Management System) that
is employed by site owners to create and administer their own
websites.

This is a true JV. You will receive 50% of the monthly recurring
profits. The program is already generating a small profit and with
a capable programmer and tech support we can grow it for the
foreseeable future.

I'm looking for someone dedicated and with this experience:
At least 2 years experience which includes complex projects-
(over 50 scripts and database tables per project)

PHP-advanced
Mysql-advanced
HTML-intermediate to advanced
Java Scripting-intermediate
