MICHIGAN WARRIORS ONLY - Interested in an extra $20,000+ in business next year?

I've been doing what's now called "Offline" consulting for years now. For some time I made my living with SEO, web design, mobile and marketing consulting and I developed a pretty good reputation doing it.

The issue is that it's not really my business anymore. About 18 months ago I co-founded two businesses in quick succession that take up most of my time.

The problem is that without doing any advertising at all I am still getting referral business to the tune of about $28k this year.

I thought that there had to be someone interested in making some money off these projects. Last spring I contacted a few local offline marketing startups and took them all to lunch. Over three lunches I explained to each one of them what the situation is. At the time I already had $14k of work on deck that I had already soft closed.

All three told me a variation on the same theme. They'd be happy to throw me a couple hundred dollars or so finders fee for the work. That's not what I had in mind. I'm a professional salesman and I know the rule - noting happens until someone sells something. So, I paid for their lunches and sent them on their way.

I couldn't believe that these guys would pass up guaranteed work!

So I got a bunch of Odesk guys together and got the work done. I mean come on, I've got two other businesses but I'm not going to turn my nose at what ended up being 28k in business for the year.

With 2012 coming to a close and three offline projects already on deck for early 2013 I've decided to reach out to my fellow Warriors to see if I could find a solution.

I'm looking for some type of partnership where I can bring work to the table and then mostly just forget about it. You would have to own an established business or be an established consultant with enough people skills to take care of some follow-up on your own and the tech skills or team to be able to handle wordpress websites, SEO, and minor hosting support.

My existing clients are mostly in Metro Detroit with some in Chicago, so that is where most of my referrals come from.
