Can you supply your data protection act licence number and the name of your appointed data controller complete with their contact details?

Can't possibly think of joining you in your proposal unless those details are given.

Please re-read my post. I am not selling the data. I send out a newsletter to the list, if someone has a product or service that my customers might like then I will include it within this mailing. This is a 100% response list from my websites but they have not elected for me to share their details so I cannot provide their data (even if I wanted to , which I don't as it's a hot list that cost me 5 figures in advertising to generate), but I can include your offer within my own newsletter.

I do of course have all of the above but will not post this publicly.

Just a thought, you could approach online colleges, sending in proposals through you would be ideal for them. Your clientele probably has the profile they are looking for.

This is useful as you dont want to send them something that would be instantly deleted after charging me for the list.
For example, would weight loss interest them?

They have enquired about technical it courses so they won't be interested in "make money online" style products. Weight loss wouldn't be applicable either. Perhaps this is not the right sort of list to do a JV with here.

Like I said, not an IM list. Not the sort of list to sell marketing tools to.

I was going for more things like speed reading courses and mega memory courses or anything technical.

I think 14,000 is a lot and sounds good. And seeing that every traffic needs to be targeted these days, I'm considering the niche. That said, I have a question for you, how much is it to post in that list? Are you saying we'll share whatever is made of I'll pay for placing my ads and keep whatever I make?
