I'll try to keep this short and sweet...

I'm making pretty decent money as a content writer, but I'd like to diversify a bit and add some additional sources of income. I'm NOT an expert on effective SEO (though I know a fair amount) and I don't have the time to put into the 'day to day' tasks of building a website that will earn money.

I'm looking for someone to team up with to see if we can make a good, profitable, website. If effective, I'd want to scale it up and make additional sites together as a long term partnership.

Here's what I can bring to the table:
*Content writing (I'm an excellent writer, native English, experienced with nearly all niches, ect).
*Web Hosting - I have an account on host gator that I can add another site to.
*Domain - I can register the domain name that we come up with.
*Capital - I'm willing to put some money into this project to get it up and running. NOT to pay you, but to get a few limited services completed where needed.
*adsense account (if we go that route)


What I need from You:
*Manage the site (making sure it looks good, ect)
*Keyword research (give me topics to write about)
*Posting articles that I write onto the site (adding images, ect where necessary)
*Managing all of SEO (any link building, videos, anything else required for SEO).

All profits are split 50/50. We can discuss any 'legal' details such as ownership, what happens if someone drops out, doesn't perform, ect.

I believe this is an excellent opportunity for people who have learned a lot about SEO but don't have the cash/writing skills to put their knowledge to work.
