Need Online Marketing Partner/Expert - (SEO, Social Media, etc) - LONG TERM

I am looking for an expert in the online marketing world to join me in my ventures. I own an internet marketing and digital asset management company. The "Internet Marketing" part of our company is very self explanatory, but let me explain more about our "Digital Asset Management Company" part of it.
We purchase or develop a variety of digital assets (websites) that are either really popular or already making revenue. We then market those sites and increase the revenue to create a large amount of internal revenue.
I run this company so I don't have time to do all the marketing, sales, accounting, operations, client management, investor management, etc so I am looking to bring on an online marketing partner who can do the following things for us:
