Looking To Partner With A Programmer/Web Designer

I've got the business details all worked out....now I just need a programmer/web designer to bring my vision alive.

A great deal of research and planning has gone into this business and it's now ready to move forward with the right partner.

The site will involve some programming and needs a fabulous design.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to commit to taking this business forward.

I have a business plan and financials prepared and am willing to share those with potential partners (a NDA will be required).
