Looking for Ad Swaps or JV's

I am working on the final sales letter of our new site/system, which is actually a "conglomerate" (if that's the best word to describe it) of actually at least 7 sites when completed. This is at the end of the 'pre' stage now, so I need to be prepping for promotions.

The concept is a complete marketing system with...

• Marketing Tools
• Advertising included (new monthly)
• Advertising resources
• Software downloads usually with RR or PLR (new monthly)
• Unique New Social Network (based on interests or location)
• Affiliate strategies & promotions
• Income strategies
• Business development
• monthly success tips magazine
• private discussions, mentoring,

and more as time goes.

(Actually its probably best described as, every site, offer, software, ad deal etc. that I have and have been creating will be rolled into one full system... aka the "conglomerate" - for one monthly cost, with 3 levels to choose from). The emailed comments/testimonials we've received privately on this have been fantastic.

There "will" be a free level, but I'm really looking to promote the paid levels at this time.

Because there are so many out there with JV's, while I am willing to accept JV partners, I am also looking and willing to do Ad Swaps.

If you want to be a JV Partner:

• You can provide a product or resource (preferably at least some sort of freebie/giveaway - a report is fine - to lead them into your site) - *you must own this*. Please don't be one who is just going to lead them to other sites, or make them jump over hoops to join. Your site, your products are best.
• You are willing to promote it to your subscribers upon release (shortly). Any JV's who want to be included but DON'T email their lists will have their resource removed. (That's why its called a JV )
• Of course, you will get an affiliate URL to earn for the referral.

As an ad swap, it would work like this:

• You give me a link or product/ad that I can send to my lists
• You promote my ad to your lists.

For ad swaps, I absolutely prefer to exchange Solo ads (where no other offer is included in the email) or recommendations.

If you want an adswap, I do have another request: *please* don't give me a link that a zillion others are promoting right now (like mlms, cash gifting, etc).

My lists are mainly internet/affiliate marketers & advertising buyers.

(Please don't send me any religious or psychic type ads please-my choice).

I have a few lists (subscribers and members), ranging from 1500 to over 7000.

btw - For those who do either, one of the sites has a focus of ad swaps/exchanging ads - so I'd be happy to give you access to it when its ready if you show proof of mailings to me. (Gotta say that to ensure we don't just get everyone wanting it, but not helping to promote).

Size of list doesn't matter too much to me if its a real list. (In other words, not spam/bought lists).
