JV Web Developer Wants - Earn $x,xxx Monthly

Hello,

I am a Business Owner here in the United States and I have several ideas that could make ALOT of money, and I mean tens of thousands of dollars, the only problem is, I am good at marketing and business operations, just not very good at being a Web Developer.

So I need the aid of a Web Development partner to get these ideas into motion.

I am willing to share up to 30% of each web development project we work on together. You are not required to put up any financial obligations just your web development skills.

Now, while I will not tell you EXACTLY what these ideas are until we sign a NDA and decide to move forward, but i will tell you why they have earning potential and what type of earning potential they have.

Project #1
There are currently several of these ideas currently out on the market, so people enjoy these types of sites and looking for new ones all the time. There is a community for these types of site that consist of over 1,000,000 users. The average site that does these ends up earning 6 figures a year.....Also, you can think of for every $100 I put into this project once it is up and going, we can ensure a ROI of 30-50% for every $100.

The thing about this is, there are several of these out there currently, however I have a twist on the way I am going to do it that will take many users from these other sites.

Project #2
This project is very exciting and very profitable. There is currently only ONE of these sites on the internet currently and it is very popular it has over 5,000 members currently signed up, and this idea is something that Internet Marketing industry really needs more of.

The one and only site out there has alot of problems that we would be able to ensure our site meets and exceeds, now this one site has a couple monthly subscription offers however the lowest one is $30 a month, I believe we can add a better quality site and charge lower prices...for example lets say we charged 50% of half of what they charged and we got only HALF their customers (2500) in a year, and only 50% of our customers got a paying subscription (1250), that would be $18,750 a month in revenue, and there wouldn't be much overhead, as the system would have mostly automated checks in place. So we are just paying a server...that is HUGE earning potential.

Now, I am looking for someone who is really good in PHP, MySQL, ONline Web Development, AJAX, and things of this nature. Again, this will be a profit sharing thing where you will be getting a percentage of the profits each and every month from these things.

The best thing about that is, once you get it developed you won't have to do much more of anything after ward unless something breaks or we need updates.
