Joomla Experts To Partner Up with Writer?

I have been told that Joomla has about the highest learning curve of the CMS programs that are well-known and common ... but it is also the only one I have that fits all of my needs. Unfortunately, while the Mods and Extensions are awesome, there is a definitive lack of any real documentation ... so I have a two-fold question here.

One, I need to know if there is a way to upload lots of existing (MY OWN) content onto one of my sites.

I have been given a csv file that is supposed to help me out but the guy in the US is only open to discussing it on the phone and not online. (Easier for them to tell me what to do than write it all down and I can certainly understand that)

The second difficulty I am having is in integrating multiple Joomla installations together on my website.

Therefore, my proposition is this ... help me to complete this work and we do a step-by-step informational product regarding the procedures. (Anybody posting thousands of PLR articles up would need the same information. In my case, I lost my old website and did not know how to back up the content and could not forward the content but that is different LOL) I know many people are just slapping up content and I think there is a viable market for the product.

So my JV may get shot down as an actual JV here but if someone were interested, I would be willing to split the profits of the informational product(s) 50-50 and consider the same deal on any more that they wanted to create.

I know Joomla and I would hire someone from Rent-a-Coder to do it. Not sure that would be worth anything in an informational product.
