Looking for a Product Creation Specialist

I'm trying to find a PLR product creation specialist... (on behalf of a friend who is into Internet Marketing) someone who is a great writer, editor, designer, and marketing-minded. Someone who can take a product, beef it up, enhance it, and take it from start to finish. Someone who can follow-through.

Someone who totally "gets" product creation and the marketing behind it. And someone with lots of product creation experience with examples to show off.

Preferably someone who works on a Mac.

And someone who can take content and notes and compile it into a product and can do so quickly and frequently. Someone who is perseverant, fast, smart, and a smart worker.

We're looking for someone who has that "it" factor... who isn't afraid to work hard, even on weekends. And someone who "gets" marketing.

Sorry to critique your post but you talk about all these great things you need without mentioning whats in it for them. I'd imagine this person is hard at work creating their own products and making some serious money.
