Looking for Joint Venture with a great copy writer/ marketer.
There are just not enough hours in a day. I am looking for someone to JV with that has some great copy writing skills. I have been developing a SMS Mobile Text Messaging Solution that is pretty cool, if I do say so myself.
I have finished 3 modules so far and have about another dozen planed. I have a Text Blast system (similar to bulk email but via text message), text for info and text 2 win contest module.
The Text for info module can be used by Realtors for thier listings and since I have taught Real Estate marketing online for several years and have a significant list of Realtors and loan officers I thought this might be a good market to target first.
I have the servers, bulk email capabilities, Lists, etc... I just need a good copy writer/ marketer that can make stuff happen.
If you have a list/ other possible markets to promote too etc. please let me know. There is plenty of money to be had and its recurring, so what we do together now will continue to generate income for us both over the long run.
