Over $30,000 earned - Need help (online marketing)

TLDR; I am looking for something genuinely long term, as I have put in over 4 years to this project, and the knowledge base that surrounds it is, to say the least, expansive, so no, I am not looking for a single shout out to your list to possibly increase sales; I am looking for an individual in the US who has had experience getting people who are interested in a product / service to a website that sells it, and making sales. If you can't take the 10 minutes to read this thread, then you are not the kind of person who I am looking to work with.

Preface (about the past of my project):
I have been working online for the past 4 years, and simply put, haven't been making it like I thought I would. I started out with nothing, and made money doing things like reselling services on forums, and doing things that genuinely made money while working from home. Over the few months (only doing things at night while going to school), I had made over $1,000 profit, and invested that in making a website, buying a domain, hosting, and then things that I didn't expect to be so expensive: an actual website, and SEO.

Beginnings:
I started out on http://you-tube-views.com with a Very simple HTML home page and an eCommerce script - Magento. I advertised on forums, did SEO, bought backlinks, ad trades, traffic, got business cards made, put it on my Facebook page, made a Facebook page, etc. I was selling YouTube views, plain and simple. I was using resources that were available at the time to resell what I was offering - 1,000 YouTube views, sold at $4.95 on my website, cost me about $.30, 10,000 - my most popular order, $44.06, and 100,000, surprisingly popular as well, was coming in at $331.65.

I was making about $100 / day, which wasn't too hard when you have a 90% profit margin (excluding business expenses). I reinvested, bought hundreds of dollars in backlinks, paid people for banner ads, bought a subscription to SENuke, and even started selling on eBay, where I was picking up another $100 / day in orders. After a couple weeks of that my eBay account was closed, I was a top rated seller, and a power seller, and my eBay account was gone, and my PayPal account limited.

With my account limited I was forced to stop taking orders, and close down the site. I was unaware at the time of what this would do to my traffic / rankings / etc, but as I'm sure you are aware; that site died with my eBay account.

Note:
I founded the popular view exchange http://MegaYouTubeViews.com while things were still going well with orders (previous to my eBay account being closed, my PayPal account limited, and my site, which was going quite well before this point, and had made over $10,000, going down the drain).

Catching up to now:
I started over with the knowledge that I had with $1,000 in my PayPal account, [once I finally got everything taken care of]. I got a new domain, http://YouTube-Promos.com, a new site design, and started over with SEO, banner ads, Yahoo answers, ad swaps, BuySellAds, PTCs, forums, safe lists, etc. You name it and I am sure I have at least tried it.

What's wrong you may ask, well; I am just not getting the sales that I did before. Over the years Google (YouTube) has had many updates and made uncountable changes to their algorithms that have shut down dozens, if not hundreds, of YouTube view exchanges, and YouTube service providers. I was lucky enough to come out... alive, but not on top. Over the years all of the changes YouTube has made has caused a lot of things people used to do to promote YouTube videos to stop working, and this caused a lot of people to have their videos banned (especially when a method stops working, is leaked, goes to the masses, and people suddenly find their adsense account disabled). This has given a horrible name to the "YouTube view" 'industry' which is one of the reasons why the new domain is focused on YouTube Promotions. I had clients that literally spent $1,000+ with me over a couple of months, and one order I remember for a little over $2,000, which I could not deliver as it was during the time of troubles with eBay / PayPal (I got this order minutes before having my PayPal account limited, and with no way to pay my suppliers, I had no way to deliver this large order, and ended up having the payment reversed, a sale I was not pleased to lose).

Now: I am making about $10 / day now. These orders come from left over ads scattered around the web, Yahoo answers that were chosen as the best answer and are still somehow found every once in a while, and Google searches that I am still ranked for.

Goal: My goal has always been, and still is, to make $100 / day with the services that I am offering. My average sale price used to be $20, and is now around $40, which makes it a lot easier to keep profits up with less orders, but only getting a couple orders a week is just not doing it for me. This has become a side business for me again, as I have decided to go back to school, but I am still interested in keeping this site, and these services, available, as orders only take a few minutes to process, and yield around $30 / order after all business expensive.

My offer: I am going to offer something that I probably should just be throwing out into WF so easily, but there is a reason why I have kept it until the end, and why I am going to be very selective with whom I work with. I am looking for someone to work with who would be willing to get me orders. Simply put, you can do whatever is going to be hot in 2014 for IM, because what I have been doing just doesn't seem to be working. I will maintain the site, conduct customer service, even pay for costs like the domain and hosting, and every order that we get, no matter if it comes directly from your work or not, we split the net income on. That's right; not only the orders you get, and not only a split on the profits, but I am willing to offer you 50% of all sales. I will pay for our cost to deliver, domain and server costs, and even cover returns out of my pocket (leaving me with about 30% of sales). This may sound like I'm getting the short end of the stick, but if we're going to be working together we can be honest. You are making more, because you are going to be doing more. You get us sales, and you make $50+ / day with no long term work (once we are getting those orders on a daily basis; once we are ranked, and have ads well placed around the right places; you will just be making money on a daily basis). Also, right now I am making apx. $10 / day. The goal of the partnership / joint venture is to get $100 / day in a sales, so I will be making $30 / day. No one is a loser here, we are both coming out on top; better than we are now, and I honestly believe that if there is someone who has the right knowledge base, who is willing to work with me on this, then it will not take much time, or effort, to get to this goal.

Terms: Simply put, get us $100 / day in orders or more; you will be getting 50% of sales, so the more orders you get; the more you get paid. You can be paid monthly, weekly, or daily if you really see that as being needed (of course we can start off with you getting paid daily if you would like, and then arrange whatever works for us).

How does that work: I am using CS-Cart, so there is very simple order reporting.



Each day the "Today" section reaches $100 (each day that we make $100+ in sales), a notation will be made on a Google Docs excel sheet, where we will keep track of income, your split, and payments. Payments will be made via PayPal the following day (as mentioned before, we can do payments weekly or monthly as time goes on, but at first I will make the payment directly via PayPal within 24 hours of any day's orders exceeding $100).

Yes; there is a catch. Right now I am making, on average, $300 per month (Average of the past 3 months). It doesn't happen very often anymore, but I have had orders over $100, or 2 orders in one day totally $100+. Don't think that you can "become my partner" and then 'get lucky' and pick up $50+ when someone comes along and makes an order that exceeds $100, or a days total orders exceed $100, because after the first 2 months (plenty of time to get sales up if you are even putting in a small amount of effort into this project) I am going to require $1,000 in monthly sales. This is only 25 orders a month, which would be under out 'minimum goal' of an order a day (on average).

With that said. If we are getting only $80 in sales on average per day, then you can see that even if we are making out 'minimum goal' in income, you still wouldn't get paid for some of those lower price point days, so yes, it is $100 / day, but if we reach $2,000 in monthly sales in any given month, then you will get 50% of any of the days incomes that did not exceed $100 as well as those that did (which is when monthly payments comes in handy, but as everything is documented, I could still make daily payments for those days when the sales total did exceed $100, and then go back and add up all of the days that did not, and make a lump payment at the end of the month (assuming that the monthly total was greater than $2,000)).

This really is a win / win situation, as if you are confidant with your marketing abilities, then you should feel comfortable entering into a joint venture where all you have to do is get a couple sales each day, and you will be making $1000+ every month from then on out.

If in a year from now the work that you have done is still getting us sales, then you can thoroughly expect to still be receiving payments into your PayPal account - in my opinion, although SEO, IM, and in general the internet is constantly changing, if you are able to get us clients who are bookmarking out site and coming back to purchase our services over and over again, then we are going to have no problem staying well reviewed, well reputed, and well ranked on Google.
