I am replying to most of the PMs but please note that since I am already busy with existing launches I may take time to reply. Also I may not be able to do any launches in less than 30 days. Really sorry product launches need a lot of time to prepare. Also I would appreciate if you are willing to do
Google Hangout Live webinars to promote your product launch from atleast 30 days before the launch. These days there are a lot of products being launched every day and there is a lot of noise.

If you are not willing to promote your own product launches then ...

So please do understand that you need to give me sufficient support from your side too. I've worked with some where the expectations for too high but the support from their side was not sufficient.

If that is the case I will continue doing my own product launches instead of JV launches. So please give me sufficient information in the first email itself by answering in detail for all the questions I've mentioned about. This helps understnad things better.

If I am unable to work on your JV launch I am really sorry . It is just that every launch requires a lot of work and I have to work on my prior commitments.

I wish if I had enough time to work with all the JV enquiries but that is the not the reality.

I am planning to do a big launch where atleast 5 people come together with each of their products and do a Single Launch with 5 products in a single bundle
Each of us need to support the launch

If you are willing to come together for such a launch please do write in detail about your product overview, product price point, minimum expectations from the launch

Please note whenever someone is doing their 1st launch it is not always possible to make a lot of money.

Initial launches can be good to build your email list. Once you have that email list then you can grow organically.

Doing that 1st launch also gives you better experience and you can always prepare and do well in your next launches due to the lessons you learn from the 1st one.

Get some initial traffic into the site to test the landing page and email signup conversion rate.

Looking for around 50 to 100 members.

Yes, we are currently working on a landing page for solo ads. Obviously need to do more than that!

We have two landing pages (home and a custom squeeze page for solo ads) with the intention of getting email subscribers. In the auto-responder we then go over the top with offering free content, and link it all in to the main how-to guides.

We've got a full-time team including graphic designer, web developer, data entry person, PPC/Analytics person and writer.

Yes, flexible. Site is essentially ready to go and we already have a few members. They tend to stay for 4+ months.

Yes, I often create screencasts for training and sales purposes. The library already includes a few screencasts, and the landing page has a single video.

10. Please write about yourself and what you've been doing on Internet Marketing so far

I am mainly focused on running our own eCommerce stores nowadays. Every process we write for use within our own business is cleaned up (we remove passwords and private urls) and transferred to the members' library. So it's a set of processes that keeps getting improved and added to over time.

We don't promote it as a complete course or system. Rather I think it's suitable for people with some basic tech skills who want to save time with pre-written processes for their own team.

One other point that you might find interesting. We use a hybrid affiliate/drop-shipping model that has worked very well for us. I haven't met anyone who runs the same model, so it's quite unusual. I don't think we do enough to make that point in our marketing.

So, SmallRevolution is a side-project and we'd like to find someone who can run with it, and grow it while I continue to concentrate on building our eCommerce sales. Everything we learn from our stores we push back into Small Revolution.
