Looking for partners in the online adult world

I've been working on various parts of adult businesses over the past 12 years but only just getting ambitious with it over the last 2 years or so. Only now are we going live with some really good products for the industry.
We build specialised custom and ready made CMS systems for the Adult/Escort industry.
We've created and creating some advanced directories for big budgets and small budgets, we have a full CMS and ready made templates for Escorts, Escort agencies, Massage Parlours, Adult directories, custom made webcam scripts, adult review sites cms. We are constantly improving these in any way and working on translating everything.
The main thing is that we have an amazing team who cope with everything i throw at them. They are very experienced and up to date with the very latest in developments including ANdroid and iPhone APP development. We're also introducing BITCOINS into all our systems as the main sticking point in adult businesses are the adult payment gateways..we really believe that this will be the future of the adult industry so we're geting straight to work on it.
What i need help with is the marketing side of it as well as a fresh set of observant eyes to look over the business from a business point of view. Although eveyrthing is up and ready to throw at the world, it isn't one of my strong points at the moment as i have to sit back, learn new techniques and make a plan as well as taking care of clients and developments.
If you want to look over what we're doing, let me know your thoughts on the above and more or less your strengths and what you can offer in terms of help...then we can maybe come to a good business arrangement.
I think the success of this will come when i find a good tallent in selling and a fresh set of eyes as i'm getting blinded by everything now...if you know what i mean.
